Construction Process

1

Plan/Site Selection

Graphic Homes has a very simple construction process to make the new construction as stress-free as possible. Initially, we will set up an introduction meeting where you meet with the builder or builder representative. We will discuss the style of home you are looking for, price range & desired location. With this information, we will go over different floor plans and styles to help you decide on a plan that works best for you and your budget. Graphic Homes is a custom builder, which allows us the ability to take any of our existing floor plans and modify them to fit your wishes or a custom plan can be created especially for you. Upon finding the plan and location, we will then detail your finishes inside and out, allowing us to accomplish the final price for your home & lot package.

Pricing Review

Upon completion of plan finalization and bidding, a second meeting will be scheduled to discuss final pricing for your home and lot package. It is our goal to collect each and every detail of your home to provide a total package cost that offers peace of mind that you will stick within your budget throughout the completion of your home.

    3

    Home Purchase Process

Now that you have made the decision to move forward with your new home purchase. Our sales team will put together a purchase agreement which will include all of the terms, pricing, and detailed features for your new home. At this time a deposit will be required on your new home - deposits will vary.

      4

      Commencement of Construction

Once we have all of the contracts signed, the builder will move forward with the necessary steps that will allow for the start of the construction process. These steps will vary depending on each specific home and location. Upon receipt of the building permit, a site review with the builder and homebuyers may be required.

        5

        Personalizations

Our in-house team will work closely with you to make your vision a reality. To allow the least pressure as possible, we will allow one meeting for exterior selections and another for interior selection. Rest assured, our staff can assist you in choosing everything from flooring to lights with the main focus is personal attention.

          6

          Walk-Through Review During Construction

One walk-through will be scheduled during the electrical/HVAC rough-in stages of your home to ensure all details have been accomplished to the homebuyer's specifications.

            7

            Final Walk-Through Upon Completion

A final walk-through will be scheduled prior to closing to view the homebuyer's completed dream. At this time, you will learn the operations of your home and get familiar with the routine maintenance required to ensure the longevity of your new home.

              8

              Closing

We did it! We will now head to closing and sign the necessary documents to transfer ownership to the new homeowners. Congratulations on your new home!
